Quiet

  Today I picked up Hudson from school and his teacher walked over to me to chat.  My heart sank and my heart rate quickened. 

 "Hudson was very quiet today.  He barely talked.  He seemed like Hudson in slow motion. Is he all right?" 

I have no idea what was up.  Part of me was proud, thinking maybe he has settled into the groove of school.  The other part, completely skeptical.  He's up to something.  Now to figure out what...

This is him on an impromptu visit to see his Aunt Dum Dum, Uncle Dode and May May.  So tired he couldn't keep his eyes open.  So he used his hands to do the job.
