Stanton Hudson Barker

Ok, so I've been meaning to do this for a while, and I thought I would wait for my wonderful husband to get his blog going, but enough waiting! Here it is...

Today has been a super exciting day! We had an appointment with the fetal medicine specialist this morning that has confirmed that Hudson is a perfectly healthy and growing baby boy! He appears to be right on track if not slightly ahead of schedule and based on his size, we were told February 13 may be a more accurate due date. (Moved from February 23, and February 18 previously.) The doctor told us he has long arms and legs and weighs about 1 pound 4 ounces. She measured his little feet at 1.5 inches. Truly incredible!

We were super excited to see out little guy dancing on the screen. He was sucking his thumb and putting his hands behind his head. It was pretty incredible to see him moving at the same time as I could feel him now.

It's hard to believe that in a few short months he will be making his debut and our lives will forever be changed. What an amazing blessing he is. Thanks for all of your love and constant prayers and support. Today was definitely an answer to prayer! Thank you, God!
